You have been given some good advice. I know life can get busy, but you need to find time for yourself to let yourself get healthy and stay healthy. Not eating is not an option as you found out it left you weak. It also doesn't allow your body to function properly and slow your metabolism down. Take 10 minutes here and there in your day to do a little exercise. It all adds up. Make healthier choices in your meals and snacks. I would recommend that you do take some time to check out the Resource Center. There are plenty of helpful articles with tips and ideas, exercises, etc.

Make time for yourself! You can do this!

I understand that you have tried everything out there, but for how long did you let it run its course? More than a week, I hope? Because, I've been dieting for 1 month now and I've lost less than 4 pounds, but now I'm happy with my lifestyle.

You just have to start making a conscience effort to live a healthier lifestyle and the weight will just melt off on its own. I mean, in order to keep the weight off in the end, you're going to have to live healthy for the rest of your life. It's not like you just diet until you get to your goal and then go back to your old eating habits-- then you'd just end up back in the same predicament.

Im 17 years old i want to lose 50+ pds..I try eating healthy and results dont come fast enough so i guess i always end up quiting trying to convince myself im fine the way i am but im really not..I used machines and it just doesnt work.I've changed the amount of food and what i eat it hasnt worked.I feel the weight loss isnt ment to work for me.I get up at four every day for school and go to sleep at 11..Its hard to get sleep in my house or im usually out.School takes up so much time of my day i get home and im stressed i dont want to do anything it takes so much energy out of my day and i've tried not eating but it just makes me more weak.I cant belive weight is a problem in my life.Some one please write me back im really unhappy right now.
