Don't think of this as a diet - instead, think of it as a healthy lifestyle change. A diet is something that you have to go on and off and you don't want to do that. Changing your habits to include healthy habits, will help you throughout your life so you don't have to diet.
It doesn't need to be difficult for you. Take a look at some of the articles in the Resource Center - there are a lot of helpful tips and ideas in there. Just start out making smaller changes and choosing healthier options. You don't have to be perfect all the time. It is ok to have a treat from time to time, just so it isn't all the time. You can do this!
