Taking a look at your tracked food the last couple days, it looks like you are not getting a good variety of nutrients. While a Peanut Butter sandwich does give you some protein and some healthy fat and possibly some whole grain (depending on what type of bread you are using), eating more than 1 is not a good idea. I know they are tasty, but you need to get more nutrients for your body and you just can't do that with one particular food.

I would recommend that you take a look at some of the articles in the Nutrition Resource Center for some healthy choices on meals and snacks. There are quite a few in there that can help you with this.

i am addicted to Peanut Butter sandwiches...ill eat FOUR a day!!! and im gaining back the weight ive lost!!! i need to find something that is also addicting but is lower in kcals...anyone have any suggestions?

omgomgomggom!!!! just thought of this....SOURDOUGH bread!!! how is that compared to the 350 kcals that a sandwich is...although if i had a loaf of sourdough bread id eat the whole LOAF in one day...sourdough bread is sooooo goood!!!!!!
