BMI does not take into account your muscle mass. It is a general measure and isn't accurate for everyone. It is not very accurate for people less than five feet tall or people who have a lot of muscle mass.

For you, I would recommend focusing on healthy habits and getting the proper nutritious foods and getting enough exercise rather than your weight or bmi.

i thought i was getting smaller and i def didnt think i was overweight anymore and i checked my BMI and it sas im overweight, could my boobs or butt mean anything??? or like muscle? does a BMI take account of any muscle or anything, im freaking out!!!!
