motivation is a huge problem i think for most people. I know that i always have problems with getting enough motivation to work out. The main reason why i gained so much weight was because i got lazy and i always say that i'll work out later and i never do. Just tell yourself how good u fell after and just how amazing u will end up feeling when the results finally come in. =]

People have told me that I need to lose quite a bit weight. it was nice how they were ...brutally honest but it did hurt. And now Im more self Concious than ever.

| Remember people you never really need attention from the opposite sex to feel good about yourself or to gain confidence. It sounds like an info-commercial but try it, find confidence from something else or by doing something else like kjoining a team, even a spark team can make you feel confident in yourself.

Im sick of the lads not looking at me but going for my thinner and bigger bust mates. i would love a slimmer body for summer and for my prom in june.
any advice or motivation for me
would be helpful xx

| Hey I'm a regular teen going through regular teen problems and loosing weight is definitly ine of them. So if you need motivation like me sometimes then express how you feel.
