Break it up into several workouts throughout the day when you can. Doing 10 minutes here and there can all add up in a day. You may want to check out the Fitness Resource Center for some ideas of some 10 minute workouts. Do the best you can, when you can.

I love working out.... i do it whenever i get a chance but recently i havent had time, what can i do??
