My new years resolution was to give up junk food, and the biggest thing that helps is just getting it out of the house. Also, stocking up on healthy snacks, like fruit, or anything from Special K (Which I Looove. :]) Stuff like that. The main part is just deciding for yourself that you want to stop eating it though, it's good to keep a chart for motivation when you feel like quitting, you can see how far you've gotten. Hope that helped a little. :]

HELP!!!!
im not overweight, but i want to become healthier as i suffer from outbreaks of disgusting spots :(
but i cant stop myself from eating all the junk that is so easy at hand i always think ah its not that bad this wont harm me, but im starting to gain the pounds since ive stopped growing and ive gotten spotier recently its gross i dont like looking in the mirror
i need some disgusting facts to put me off eating all the rubbish i eat??
