that happens to everybody, and I will actually applaud you for actually feeling guilty about it because i would just deny it, so that is good, and you know i wouldn't even say exercise more, cuz i don't know how much you exercise now, and to tell you to exercise more, i may tell you to overdo it... now i'm just talking too much, well sorry, but hope i help at all

One day of "bad" eating isn't going to cancel out all of your hard work. Everyone has days that they slip up, and as long as you realize it, you're fine. Don't be so hard on yourself. If you've lost 21 pounds, that's really good! It's not gonna all come back just because of a little extra food. As long as you keep up the good work, you'll continue to see results :-)

BTW, I totally know how you feel about power outages in the middle of winter. Last year, we had an ice storm that knocked the power out for four days. It was freezing!

we had a power outage today. from 2-9 and when i was awake during the power outage i at a piece of cake and two bowls of ice cream. AAAAHHH!!!!!!

how does a power outage happen in the middle of the winter? omg!!!!!

i feel so bad. cuz then we went to subway when my mom got home. and i had a foot long 2 cookies and a bowl of soup!!!!! omg!!! im a pig!!!!! i was doing so good too. i was down 21 lbs. AAHHH i need to talk to people though i need to know what others think of my misshaps.
