I need some SERIOUS motivation.

Coach Denise is right. I used to be just like you, I looked at myself and said "Today I'm not going to eat junk and I'm going to work out" but later in the day I would realize that I didn't accomplish any of my goals for the day. This WAS on on-going pattern for me until I met my new best friend, the guides! The guides helped me realize that it's okay to eat my favorite snacks every once in a while but it also taught me some cool alternatives too. The guides are what got me through my "pain". :D (and the guides also helped me get my "D" in the on the other side of the colon :D)

to SparkTeens! Make some goals for yourself to work towards. Make sure they are attainable and reasonable for you.

If you are bored, try to find an activity for you to do to keep you busy. Go for a walk, run, find a new hobby, call a friend, etc. This can help when you are bored and are getting tempted to eat out of boredom.

You may want to check out the Resource Center, there is a lot of helpful information in there.

It seems like when ever I look into the mirror, Im like, "okay, today Im going to start my excersising and im gonna start eating healthy." But then I walk into the kitchen and theres a cake sitting there staring me in the face, calling my name. D:
I really want to lose weight, and I NEED to. But I dunno, Something is holdng me back, and Im pretty sure its called being lazy. D: Im always like "Today Im going to go run on the tredmill for 20mins. and then I just keep putting it off. AND it seems like Im ALWAYS hungry. Every two seconds I find myself going back into the kitchen. Maybe Im eating because Im bored or something? I dunno. I need some advice or someone to yell at me to do get to work or something.. :[
