I just always remind myself that this is for my future and for myself. I also remind myself that if I want to live long, I have to take care of myself, and to take care of myself I have to excercise and eat right. Also remember that this is for your heart. That's what I think motivates me the most: my heart.

Hey everyone! Team "Hardcore Motivation" is looking for new members. We have monthly challenges, bi-weekly challenges, and are looking to expand to more. Here's our monthly challenge: "This months challenge is drinking the full 8 glasses of water per day..every day. The team member with the most amount of water drunken wins this shiny trophy  *Note-Gatorade and pour-in mixes will count as water, because they are basically just that, water. This also makes it easier to get the 8 glasses a day in.
This months first bi-weekly challenge will be titled "partner minutes". Each team shall add up their total fitness minutes at the end of each week. The winning team will receive this ribbon.  The team with the most minutes wins. If you do not have a partner, I advise you to recruit new members to the team. Once you have a partner, you may participate in weekly challenges.
The winner of the monthly challenge also is entitled to choose the next months Monthly Challenge. The weekly winning team has the entitlement to choose the next bi-weekly challenge.

You may want to check out the Resource Center too! It has some articles in the Nutrition section that give you tips for eating away from home that you might find useful. Also, there is a motivation section that you might find helpful too!

Just pack your lunch. It's a lot healthier and cheaper than just buying one, if you pack a lunch, don't bring anymore or you might end up going to the line to get more food after eating the lunch you packed. Or if you have to buy your lunch, buy a salad or something :)

| Losing weight is my new years resalution to. I thought to myself that i have a week before school starts so why not start today and try and get a schedual going, that by the time school starts i can just go on as i normaly do for school and not have to worry about geting this started but im scared that eattng the right foods is goin to be a prob because of the food in my cafe.

| Would you like to be weight loss buddies? We both seem to want to lose 20 pounds by summer and it would be fun! We could motivate each other and get to know each other and remind each other why we decided to do this. :) How old are you, by the way?

I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but i just don't have the motivation to do it. I decided to start dieting as my New Year's resolution, but now that New Year's day is approaching in about a day, i need some motivation to keep my resolution and really lose the weight i want to lose!
Any tips for staying motivated? Thanks! :)
