the best way to fight eating disorders is of course to find a happy medium--easier said than done right? the first thing i would do is try to rid your house of all bad foods and all laxatives. stock your house with healthy foods. then the temptation will be gone. so if you end up binging it will be on healthy food.
try posting encouragement around your room, like a quote or a list of goals ans motivation. days you are restricting eat a food that is guilt free, like pretzals or carrots b/c they have no fat in them.

i weave between anorexia/ana-athletica, bulimia (more laxative abuse than throwing up)and binge eating disorder. as hard as i try, i can't find a medium. it's like, i CAN'T eat normally. if i'm not binge eating, i HAVE to be restricting.
and then i'll restrict for a few days, almost get to my goal weight and then binge 2 days in a row and ruin it all over again. :(
anyone care to motivate me or help? i'm just feeling really worn out. i wish i had a normal relationship with food, but i doubt i'll ever get that back.
