well i try to excercise 30 minute a day and eating i eat fruits and snack on stuff but not large servings jus something to keep me full and dont eat many meals anymore
and i know you can do it ive fallen off the wangon as you say but jus find a way to get back on it lol i know you can do it

I have recently fallen off the wagon as they say. and i need motivation do get back on. i know this is a GREAT website and people are so keen to help.
does any one have ideas on what to and to not eat and how long to excersise? or any other suggestions that would be helpful?
