Well I think everyone has hardships. What I meant is that I have been really overwhealmed lately and that has made it difficult to think about weight loss. What coach denis said is helpful, if you feel stressed look at some of that stuff.

Try having to worry about yourself and your twin getting into college, getting good grades, several grade changing projects due in less than a week and having a job. Not to mention trying to lose weight.

Great job! Keep posting on the message boards and in your teams so others can help you. There are many others in similar situations, you are not alone.

Let me know if there is something more I can help with.

Thank you, hearing that really helped me. I went to the market and got a lot of healthy choices. I'm gonna do this.

Sounds like you are going through a very stressful time right now. Try not to beat yourself up so much. Do your best to pick healthier choices for yourself and try to fit exercise in when you can. It's ok to do 10 minutes of exercise here and there - it really does all add up! Try not to focus so much on your weight, instead, focus on healthy habits and the rest will follow.

Don't forget to check out the Resource Center too! There are a lot of helpful articles and info in there. Here are a couple that I think could be helpful:

Keep moving forward and think about the positives in your life. You can do this!

So I came onto this site so that I could finally lose weight and not have it hanging over me. I feel like a failure. I'm back and according to my scale I gained weight.

I stopped exercising and thinking about my food intake. With college applications I was incredibly stressed, which may be why I quit.

I've become a vegetarian while I was gone, but i still eat fish.

The more and more time goes by I wonder whether I'll ever lose weight. south beach Diet worked for me in the past, but I'm wondering whether I should resume.

I guess the main thing is I'm freaking out. I'm scared that nothing will ever happen and that I'm never going to lose weight. Help!
