Well, during this last summer... I lost about 20 pounds.. and after that, I got off track and stopped working out. I worked out everyday last week, but I want to keep working out. I want to look like other girls. I want a flat stomach. I lost a pant and a shirt size already, but i'd like to lose another. I need to stay motivated, and I need to find other methods of working out and losing this weight! I'd like to lose 10-12 pounds after the new years.
