yeah in the past I did not eat as much as i was suppose to then i started to gradually up my calories and i realized i could still lose weight so now i'm eating good, yesterday i ate perfectly( 2,000 calories and a very physical day) which is exactly what i needed after that binge,

yeah it always happens on weekends to me i eat well all week and then my dad starts bringing home doughnuts, chips and soda. i look away and take a carrot or something but then i just go crazy and stuff my face i always here drink some water or wait for 10-20 minutes it will go away but it just gets worse you crave it even more and eat even more

How are your eating habits in general these days? I know in the past you have said that you don't eat as many calories as you should be. By not eating enough most days, you are starving yourself and set yourself up to binge at a later time. This is unhealthy - you should be eating at least 1800 calories each day so you don't keep going through this cycle.
Have you talked to a counselor or health professional about this yet? If not, I would highly suggest that you do.
