Try other things. I have this problem too. I like to find somewhere I can go alone (usually my bedroom) and really think "Do I REALLY want to eat this?" and "Will this REALLY make me feel better?". Then I find something to keep me busy like going for a walk or reading a book, just something to keep my mind off of it. If that doesn't help try eating something healthy. My personal choice is baby carrots because they are good for you and the chewing and crunching helps me release my excess emotions or whatever made me feel like eating.
