| start exercising.if you exercise it'll be easier to diet because you'll think "well I don't want to mess up everything I burned off working out"

I have a kinda same problem...well I did. What I did to motivate myself was to talk to other people on here and learn why they're loosing weight and how much. It just kinda helped me in some way.

talk to someone. think of the reasons why you want to loose the weight.
you might not want to jog around the block, but its the fulfillment that you did it when you're done that motivates you.
you just need to get into a routine. =D.
