Sometimes when you're going through hard times it's bad to diet. I think that you should just cut the diet for now, especially if you're feeling shaky and unstable. Then just pick it back up again when things are going better! :)!
I hope my advice helps!

There is nothing to beat yourself up for, not even if you had chips! The best thing to do is move on when you have a "slip up" on your eating habits. Over-exercising to make up for it or being hard on yourself won't help!! Just move on- tommorow is another day. Don't motivate yourself based on "feeling fat", you're great the way you are. Focus on how you can IMPROVE yourself... I know that school can be stress full, especially with cheerleading. I was a varsity basketball/competitive cheerleader last year, I didn't really like my squad either. And that made it really hard to enjoy myself. Just try to make the most of it and find a few good friends on the squad. As for school, let the rude ones know that your just as good as they are- or ever will be. Hold your chin up high...strut it!!! Come on- let that cheerleader inside really come out!! Make a photo album of your friend and don't forget you can still call and mabey visit over long breaks or the summer. Sometimes it seems like you just fell off a cliff- but this is where you catch yourself and learn to rock climb back to the top!! It's hard work, but once you make it, nothing can bring you back down!!!!
