I would never stop eating, that might actually help you gain weight.
some people just arn't going to be super thin, and if you're healthy be happy.
i'm sure you're doing everything right. i wish i could be more like that.

Not eating will not help you at all! What it will do though, is slow down your metabolism which will NOT help you lose weight. Are you doing any other exercising other than walking? walking is good, but your body may be used to the routine you are doing so it is more efficient at it. You may want to add some other cardio exercises into your routine. Also, are you doing strength training too? Adding strength training will help you build some muscle which will help give you that toned look and slim you down. Are you calculating your portions correctly? If you are not eating enough or eating too much, these will both work against your efforts.

im very healthy and i walk atleast a mile every day at my house we eat very healthy and well portioned mealls and im still fat why is this im about to stop eatin to see if that helps ppplz some one help me!!
