I would also suggest starting out small and take baby steps to learn new healthy habits. It's not going to happen overnight, so try to focus on the positive things you are doing for your health.
Keep things fun! Do a variety of exercises and eat a variety of foods. Find some activities that you enjoy so you are more willing to do it.
