I'm sorry about your friend. When my cousin's friend died, she took up running to clear her head. You could try that. And great job! keep it up!

Thanks for the help. I got a counselor and she is helping me to take it one day at a time. I found that at difficult times, my body wants to now exercise then eat. It is all going well so far.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend. That is not an easy thing to deal with. I lost a friend that way about 5 years ago. Have you talked to a counselor about how you are feeling? If not, I would suggest doing that to help you process some of your thoughts, emotions, etc.

Try to focus on staying healthy the best you can. Do your best to eat properly and to get some exercise in and don't forget the water!

My best friend committed suicide two nights ago. I usually get such unhealthy things as a form of griving. I don't know what to do. Can someone please offer some perspective on it?
