| Motivating yourself on a diet is just like getting on a trainride. Once your going you can't just jump off without substantial damage! I motivate myself by thinking of myself with fat-related diseases. So I keep going and lose weight.

| I was going strong on this diet thing for two weeks and then I just "didn't feel like" doing it anymore so I quit...I know it sounds bad, but I have no motivation. I try to get partners and to let the goals motivate me but its just not working...help?...stories?...anything?
