Maybe you should talk to your family about introduciung healthier foods to the house for everyone's sake.

Eating that kind of food may help you put on weight, but you wont' be healthy. Your heart will pay for it later in life if you continue to try to put on weight by eating fries, cheetos, etc all the time. It is perfectly okay to eat those kinds of foods on occasion and in moderation, just not all the time. Are you eating enough calories to gain weight? Have you talked to your doctor about this yet?

I was about 10 lbs underweight when I went to a friends house this weekend. I eat a whole lot of carbs and calories and don't exercise all that much, admittedly. Her mom and dad are health nuts (for lack of better term) and I actually gained 3 lbs there, which is a good thing. Then I came back home and continued eating like I normally do (eh...french fries, chee-tos, etc) and lost that. Whats wrong with me? And is it a bad thing? The family history says that no, nothings wrong with me...my dads side of the family is the same way, they eat a lot of junk and never gain anything. But then, this side of the family has a lot of heart issues, too. Would that have something to do with it?
