When you set up your account, did you create a weight loss goal or a weight maintenance goal? All you have to do is follow the nutrition plan and also update your Fitness Tracker page preferences to tell the program how much you plan to exercise. Then, it does the math for you--adjusts your calorie range so that, based on the amount of exercise you said you'd do, you'll reach your goal (weight loss or weight maintenance).

So far i'm doing a little over 30 minutes on the elliptical (300 calories even) as well as 30 minutes of weights ( crunches on ball, hamstring curls, leg lifts, etc. ) is this enough? Or just enough to maintain my current weight.
