ya, sometimes you gotta change it up to see the results. Your body adapts itself to the exercise your performing, and stops working as hard, so you have to wrok harder or do something different to challenge yourself and produce results.

A,

Some people just naturally carry some extra fat in certain areas, and it can be hard to get rid of- particularly from the abdominal area.

I'd recommend changing up your exercise routine if you've been doing the same strength training and cardio exercises for awhile. You also might want to try increasing your amount of cardio to 30 minutes or so, but cutting back to 4-5 days per week.

Hope that helps!

I have been properly exercising and having proper nutrition since the last 3.5 months. I have hardly had sugars, sweets, choclolates, ice creams etc.I have noticed change in my body too.I have lost about 6kg weight and earlier i used to wera 36 size jeans and now i can easily fit into a 30 size jeans. But still there is fat left in my body, at my chest, hips and belly. I am also desperately waiting for the abs to show up. However, now i feel i am not making any progress in losing the left of fat. Currently i do :
variosu ab exercises for about 8 minutes,
and i perform 3 sets of 12 reps of each of these exercises(3-4 times a week) :
side bends,pushups,dumbell press,squats,lunges,shoulder press,alternate bicep curls
and i also perform about 15 minutes of cardio(slowly jogging fr 1.5 minutes and fast jogging for 1.5 minutes and so on) almost 6 days a week
I also try restricting my diet to about 1800-2000 calories.
So what else should i do now to see the results?
Am i too impateint?
Is there something wrong with the program i follow?
and how long does it take to completely shed of the fat(particularly belly fat)
I am really worried and clueless.
Hoping some helpful answer and advice from you
