What you might want to do is set your alarm for 4-4:30ish I know it sounds loserish, but if you set it for that time, and again at the time that you want to wake up, you'll feel like you've had your extra hour and a half even if you haven't. Also, try sleeping without an air con, if your using one. Its easier to wake up when you're hot than it is when you're cold.

If your having trouble with the actual waking up part then try a really loud alarm clock, but put it on the other side of your room so you have to get up to turn it off. Once you get up i find that splashing really cold water on my face helps me get out of that sleep mode.

Hey,
I was wondering if someone could give me some help. I go to bed around 9-9:30 with exceptions on weekends. My problem is that I want to get up around 5:30 so I can exercise & I seem to drag myself up around 6:30. Too late for me to do anything. Early morning is the only time I have. Any tips on waking up early to exercise.
Thanks,
Katherine
