run every day, do a little more each day and run at a steady pace. plus, you can try and ride your bike some during the days that you and your aunt are not riding on the route.

Well, I was talking to my cousins the other day, and I decided to join their triathlon team! I decided that I would bike for a triathlon in June. Its a 12 mile bike and starting this week me and my aunt are going to bike the route once a week. I know I need to also strengthen my legs, but I really need to improve my endurance and cardiovascular stamina. PLEASE HELP ME find exercises that will really get me prepared for this 12 mile bike race that is just around the corner! Thanks!
