go to the my fitness, then ADD CARDIO, choose browse, then (i m not sure, but mostly )other exercises, and you ll find it

| i did the Coach Nicole's 10 min. Jumpstart Cardio workout..how can i find out how many calories it burns..and how to enter it into my fitness tracker??
