I had something similar to that. The reason i liked it was because it was so comfy, so smooth, just so easy. Took me awhile to realize.. if its that easy, where exactly is this going? Anyways, now I do two particular exercises that I love. Get rid of that machine btw, they look fun but they dont help shat. Try doing bicycle twists and leg raises. For the bicycle twist, lay on your pack, feet up at 90 degrees, touch your right hand to your left toe, left hand to right toe, exc. Work on lifting your shoulder blade off the ground and using your stomach not your back. For leg raises, you start in the same position, but you push your feet up in the air, and slowly lower yourself back down. Aim to get the small of your back off the ground. Those two are great. Maybe you'll take a liking to em, who knows, hopefully that helped

As much as you might not want to hear this, abs equipment like that really isn't necessary and doesn't do much for you. If you have to do 100 reps to feel something, then you're probably wasting your time. Change up your routine using our demos, videos or other workouts in the Fitness Resource Center for some more ideas.

I got the Ab Lounge Ultra a little bit after christmas, and it helped to trim down and shape up, but not for any definition, and now it just sits in the corner of my room. When I use it its like I have to do almost 100 repitions to feel it working- any advice?
