Dumbbell side bends . teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercises.asp?ID=68&from=fitness I personally don't like doing them b/c they seem a bit ineffective, but they may work for you. Also, standing oblique crunches. There's no demo, but if you've seen kickboxing videos, instructors usually incorporate them into their routine. Balance on your left leg and do reps of meeting your right elbow with your right knee, w/o resting your right foot until all reps are done. Those I like =], and they've helped me build muscle there . I do 3x15 reps every morning before I go to school :] and I started out doing 3x6reps, then working my way up when I got stronger. It works the obliques or "love handles" and abs.
