DANIEL- These "running for speed" workouts are designed to help you increase your speed. I'm not sure how long that would take, but you might notice an increase by then. Good luck!
hey, im a competitive runner and i was just gettin ready to start a 3km race. my time right now is 13 minutes and im not sure if that will get me first so i want to increase it to 10 minutes. i only have till may 26 to do this., can i do this in time? if so can i get some tips on how (training wise) i already do run a lot and cross train and eat healthy aswell
