| I can kind of relate because sometimes when I do exercises that involve my shoulders, like basketball or jump rope, my neck will start to hurt. You could try stretching your neck and shoulders, it could really help. It does kind of depend on what exercise your doing.

Try not to exercise around your upper body. Just do some squats, 0r some other sort of leg exercises. If that is still hurting you, try to do some relaxing.
I understand it's hard not to exercise when you're trying to lose weight, but if you could make up for not being capable of exercising by try cutting out some more fat from your diet so you don't have to worry about not burning the extra calories away that would work.
I hope you feel better soon.

| I can hardly get off my butt and exercise but when I do I my neck hurts really badly even if it's just like 10 minutes. I'm trying to exercise but if my neck hurts I stop! Is it normal for my neck to hurt? is there somthing I can do to make it stop or anything? Thanks
