Avery- Wow, you're full of questions!
1- Well you'll never know if you don't ask your mom! turbo jam is simply a cardio workout--any cardio can result in weight loss and a better looking body. Don't let the infomercial fool you into thinking that DVD is "the thing" you need to reach your goals--that couldn't be further from the case. But you could look to see if your local library has a copy--most libraries do have fitness DVDs, and then you can use it for free!
2- Don't know about volleyball, but we have a few SparkTeams for it--maybe you can ask there.
3- If you don't like running, then don't do it. There are lots of other things you can do that are fun--and you know what that means? When you enjoy what you do to workout, you're more likely to do it, and then you're more likely to get the results you want than if you dread your workouts. Find something fun!
