Yeah I feel the same way at some points...uggghh Keep the exercise as fun as possible. Try to switch it up alot and maybe even on the weekends just take a break. Even just like doing chores, or shooting some random hoops can burn a good amount of calories. Make sure though you make exercise important to you! It will really help motivate you, because alot of times, I won't want to do something if it isn't of very high importance to me. Just think though exercise will really help you out, it will make you feel actually more invigorated and energetic than you did before it.

I'm the same. Im getting better though. I let myself have saturday off(sometimes i go for an easy walk with my mom). You have to find the things that motivate you, which will get you out exercising and make it into a habit. Do you have a picture of a body you would like to resemble?(look in fitness magazines like shape, self, and fitness. Do you have a dream outfit you want to buy? Are you scared of developing health problems? Two things to help as well are music or an exercise companion(dog, friend, mom, sibling). if you dont have one of these then it will be very hard to keep it up. Also, only do exercise that you enjoy somewhat. Also, exercise is just as important as homework, so dont let that stop you from getting out and moving around! It will make you feel wonderful.

At getting off my butt and exercising.....unless it's during the week. When I have a lot of homework. I even have trouble working out during the week. I like...never exercise during the weekend. And it's not like I go out with friends, cause I don't. I don't know how to get motivated to exercise. I have a work out calender and I highlight the exercise if I do it. But that doesn't really motivate me. I really need some help. And another thing, whenever I post anything, I never get any feedback, and it's really discourging when I can't get help.
