I kinda' have a problem like with the origional poster. I'm going to the gym, but my legs are WAY TOO BULKY! I don't like my legs being so large, but It's not like I can just stop exercising. I need some help on what to do...

| As others have said, unless you take a type of drug or something, you're not gonna get bulky and sides the more muscle you have the more calories you burn every time you exercise, think about it that way.

| unless you start taking steroids or anything that has to do with major testosterone, you won't bulk up at all. you'll just have lean muscle that all girls want. no need to worry.

| You won't bulk up, you'll just build lean muscle. Girls don't have enough testosterone to get bulky. But if you get too muscuclar for your particular tastes, lift less weight more times. Like if you were lifting thirty pounds for 10 reps, try 20lbs for 15 reps.

| How do you prevent this? I'm going to be starting at the gym soon and I was wondering what exercises I can do to look slimmer and toned instead of bulking up muscle and looking stockier.
