Cardio!!!!

I can't stress enough how important cardio is to lose weight. And the good thing is, there are SOOO many ways to get cardio into your everyday.

Walk instead of bus/car (when you can)
Take the stairs instead of an elevator (if you live in an apartment)
Play a sport
Run... etc

But the bottom line is, when you want to lose weight, Cardio is the answer :)

when I run, I'll do my first two miles then in my driveway I do walking lunges and then run another 2. Then of course inside I do sit ups and pushups and stuff.

Interval cardio training. Cardio burns fat all over. As far as toning goes, you can try the exercises listed here in the fitness center. Honestly, I've noticed for the legs that squats and lunges really ARE effective.

can someone tell me the best exercise for getting rid of fat. and what are the quickest ways to tone up?
