| no i am not losing inches i am gaining i used to wear a size 28 and now i am at a 30..not good.. i lift weights but when ido its lots of eight

H,
I wouldn't recommend you stop weight lifting. Are you doing any cardio exercise? Do you measure yourself? If you're gaining muscle while losing fat, your weight might go up but you should see a loss of inches.

| alright i weightlift 4 times aweek and i have gained weight since then....i can bench, squat and power clean more than some of our freshman and sophmores...i powerclean 135 for a girl and i used to weight 125 and now i weight 140 but i also am getting love handles and a stomach...if i stop lifting will i loose weight because i am loosing muscle?
