Yeah I know what your saying...all of you guys! It's like you sit down and there are roles I hate it! Also certain shirts I were I look pregnant!! That even worst! Like when I go out I don't want people to think I'm pregnent just cause of the shirts I were...Ill never forget the time somone aked me if I was wearing a materity top. :( Somone should make a team for this...

yeah those red lines,i do remmber them but they are going gradually and i hope i do achieve a totally flat stomach ,i am trying hard.
Dumbell bends are for strengthning obliques ,just bend sideways using dumbells on both sides
side crunches-tilt yout body a bit and then do regular crunches,it targets middle abs and side obliques,ab vaccums are also quite gud though i hvnt been doing much. its just taking your belly in for as long as u can and then exhaling out gradually and continuing it for few times

yeah.. i have creases on my stomach when i sit down and they wont go away! when i stand up there are red lines where the creases were. btw. wat r dumbell bends,side crunches,ab vaccums?

My belly has reduced a lot and still it is there a bit but quite less. So for getting a flat tummy, u need to do some high intensity ab exercisese (do crunches,reverse crunches,dumbell bends,side crunches,ab vaccums,crunch bicycles etc) but try making sure its high intensity i.e. keep doing few of these exercises continuosly for a short time.It really works.Apart from that,good cardio and good nutrition too helps a lot .Let us remove this belly fat :) .Keep on trying.

Try cardio and strength training. Cardio to shrink it, strenght to tone it!

It's like when you are kind of in pushup position but you are resting on your forearms and on your toes and stay in that position for 30 seconds or something. But you might want to look it up

That's exactly how I feel! I'm not overweight but I have tummy rolls when I sit down and I hate them!

Just do what I do.
I do 1 set of ab exercises in the morning before I go to school.
And I do one set of ab exercises before I go to bed.

Examples of exercise: crunches, sit-ups, planks, reverse crunches, using a stability ball, leg raisers (they burn).

it annoys me so much when i have like rolls of fat when i sit down, and how my belly like sticks out when im standing, i need to find some good ab exercises to do like once a week or something, just something extra to target those abs....
