how much should u run and how many days a week?

It's good to get 30 minutes of cardio 3-6 days a week. Give yourself at least one day off of cardio a week.

i am so confused about this right now...i mean should i run 3 times a week, or everyday or wat? i've had ppl tell me to run lie 20 min every day...idk...any advice...i run on an elliptical, so should i run longer or faster or wat?
