The best thing for you to do is just make sure you are getting all your nutrients (which is supereasy when you are a vegetarian, not so easy vegan) Things I used to eat when I was vegetarian are Calcium-fortified soy milk, eggs, beans, nuts, seeds, veggies etc. Contrary to popular belief, getting the necessary nutrients when you are veggie is easy. so i have been a vegetarian for 2 years and 9.7 months i am 15 and i am looking for good foods rto eat as one i eat all my fruits and veggies and i love beans
since i was a previous anorexic/possibility of anemia i have to eat a meat once a month so i choose ham but i HATE that stuff so i want to eat other foods sso i can convince my docotr and parents to let me go 100% without meat HELP!!!!!!!!!
