thanks you guys mondsay i trained for 5 hours tuesday i trained 4.5 hours and wednesday i trained 2 hours so i am training hard

Yea I am doing the iron man with my uncle. It includes a 2 mile swim, 126 mile bike, and 26 mile run. It practically takes all day. I don't think the swimming or the biking would get me, but the 26 mile run will be tough. I have only ran 15 miles in a row, I am not sure how I will do on the other 11 :/ . Oh well its in August, just better keep training.

Juliana,
Are you currently following any kind of training program? I'd check around on the Internet and see if you can find one so that you know you're physically ready to ride that far.

i need to get very healthy for a 100 mile bike ride it is June 7Th and it is going to be done in 1 day we are starting at 7 AM a dn ending at 7PM just me and my sister i already eat all my fruits and usulay my veegies i am fitt but i want to get even fitter
