The day after I couldn't lift my arms. They had that contracting (same feeling you get in your stomach after laughing a lot) feeling but after that, I was okay. Thanks for the concern

| It's been a few days. How do your arms feel? If they still hurt I would suggest doing some arm stretches.

| I'm sorry I have no advice to offer you, I just wanted to let you know that your story was really funny. At least you burned A LOT of extra calories for those 25 minutes you carried him! What kind of dog is he?

| So today I took my dog for a walk (total time 1 hour and 15 min). The first 40 minutes there, everything went well. We stopped to just let my dog rest because he's overweight. Then we started heading back, about a minute in, the leash broke!!! So I picked up my 50 lb dog and carried him. I carried him for 25 minutes. By the time it dawned on me to just hold the short end still attached to him and walk him close to me, I was almost home. So the last 10 minutes, I did that. Now my arms are practically paralyzed. I took a pain reliever but is there anything else I can do to ensure I wont be in total agony tomorrow?
