Do ya'll know of a good strentgh training plan I can use, I want definition, but I also want strentgh. I live on a farm, and it would help ALOT if I was stronger, my dad is getting older, my brothers are already moved out, so it would be great if I was stronger cause I could help more.
Thanks!!

Turbo Jam is based on the core, which is where EVERYONE wants to be lean and have a nice 6-pack. Turbo Sculpt is a great strength-training workout. I honestly sweat more doing that than cardio party.
All of the moves in the 20-minute segment and the cardio party focus on the legs, core, and form.
I haven't tried the Kick, Jam, and Punch because I got the original pack a few months before she added that workout and the gloves. If you use the gloves with all of the workouts, it helps with burning the fat, losing the weight and sculpt up.

Turbp Jam is actually a good way to strength train. Strength training has different forms and doesn't always mean lugging around weights. Resistance training is a form of strength training, that's with bands, and using your own body weight. A push-up is strength training. So if different workouts in the turbo jam package encourage a lot of work on the leg muscles, then it's a form of strength training. And when you're doing certain moves that engage the abs, it's strengthening your core. Even though I've said a of that, I do encourage you to find some time to focus solely on strength training. Try alternating muscle groups so you don't have to spend so much time on your whole body. Like, Monday do upper body (arms, chest, back, core) and Tuesday lower body (rear, hips, thighs and calves) and so forth. Hope that helped.

Ok, I do alot of Cardio each day, along with turbo jam each night. With both of those I don't have much time for strength training, so I was wondering if turbo jam was a form of Strength Training. When I do it, I use the weighted gloves, and sometimes hold a 5 lbs. dumbbell in each hand.
Is there anyway to work in some strength training, while I walk on the treadmill??
