Maybe u ate something or just overdid something. It's possible that u maybe did something a little different and ur body wasn't sure and u got a cramp.

| Did you maybe eat a meal or drink alot of water before hand? Sometimes I know that causes cramps in my sides when I am doing a workout. If not then maybe you could do some stretches beforehand to keep the muscles flexible and limber during your cardio.

| i have been using the workout cardio video evry night fo rthe past 2 weeks and i reall like it. I am normally fine but today i did it and i got cramp in my left side and had to stop! It made me feel like a failure and i couldnt do it anymore! why did i get cramp...?? I did the 15 mins ball workout for the firts time before the cardio video, does that have something to do with it?
