Here are a few more stretches that might help:

Also, make sure you warm up a little before you stretch, and if the pain persists or gets worse, I'd see your doctor about it.

I know I shouldn't feel guilty about this, but I ate 2700 calories a few days ago and haven't exercised since then. For the past week I've been ignoring the pain in the groin area connected to the legs and I'm just wondering, should I not worry about the progress and give that area a rest? Also, what are good stretches for that area because the butterfly isn't helping much.
