| Thanks for some suggestions. Yeah i should be biking and walking more, i like hardly walk except for when i go shopping lol. I'm thinking about buying some biggest loser DVDs online. But i was wondering if you could buy them at say Walmart,Future shop extra?

| Just start walking fast outside on some hills or jog. Cardio will help drop the pounds, but add strength training. It'll rev up your metabolism.

| I did 8 minute abs on youtube also man that was killer my abs and well core was so sore for like a week it was narly lol

| I was wondering what are some effective and easy workouts for the abs,thighs and hips. I would love to be as skinny as i was years ago. I want a flatter stomach,skinnier thighs my thighs are so fat, and i could lose at least an inch off my hips not much fat on my hips. My obliques are pretty bad i think. Thanks allot.:)
