| Like jewelz said, add strength training to the mix. You're doing enough for now, but once it's not even the slightest challenge anymore, add either time or the amount of times per week you do it.

| your cardio sounds great but may i sugest adding strength training. it raises your metabolism and gives you that toned and defined look

I'd say you're doing great! You might find that you need to change up your routine from time to time b/c your body gets used to doing the same thing all the time, but otherwise it sounds like you're on the right track.

| I have been exercizing 3 times a week doing 2 miles in 30 minutes (burns like 200 calories)and eating 1800-2000 calories a day.... do I need to exercise more to lose weight? or is this Okay?THANKS!!!
