yeah, im new and am skinny according to everyone else, but i just want to et rid of my thighs, belly, and lose a few pounds/gain some muscle. i do alot of crunches and modified push ups and im going to start running today but i have no idea what else to do and i dont know how i will keep myself doing it because i usually start these things and keep it up for a week then lose intrest or cant fit it into my schedule. Does anybody have any suggestions or comments. It would really help. Thanks guys:)
