I do give my body two days of rest per week, that's why I don't understand why I'm suddenly losing my energy.

Do you take rest days from exercise? I'd recommend 1-2 days per week where you don't do any exercise to give your body time to rest and recover. It could just be that your body needs rest, or maybe you're getting sick.
If you type "vegetarian" into the search box at the top of the page, you should find some good articles about this style of eating.

Okay, so the past two weeks I've been doing my turbo jam routine with no problem when it comes to energy, but the past few days I can't even finish them...what could be the problem? And what are some good vegetarian energy foods that I can consume so that I have the energy I need?
