Is it ok if I spread my exercises out ok??

Definitely! You're still getting pretty much all the same benefits by breaking up your workout into smaller chunks. Good luck reaching your goals,

Ok, so I go 30 minutes on my elliptical each day, but I usually do it in 10 minute bursts.
10 Min. in the morning and at night I do 20 minutes at night, 10 minutes at a time.

I also walk outside atleast 2 hours, but I usually do it in 30 Minutes bursts. I have a busy schedule, so I do it when I can.

I also jump rope 30 minutes {slow} and do it in 10 minute bursts. Then I jump rope 10 minutes {fast}.

I also do turbo jam 1 of the DVD's everyday.



Is this ok that I spread my exercises out like that??
